The Madera "ME-Tree" Form

Welcome to Madera Elementary! It's going to be an active and fun year, so help us keep you updated on the very latest by filling out this easy online form.

We will be sending school communications regularly by email, so please use an email address that you want us to send to.
We will also be periodically sending information tailored to you and your student(s) / grade level.

Important Note: When you sign up, the first parent email address will receive an email entitled, "Madera Family ME-Tree List: Please Confirm Subscription".  If you are a Gmail user, this email may appear in your "Promotions" folder/tab.

Please note that your contact information will NOT be given to any third parties or used for non-Madera purposes.
